Yes, Pub has multiplatform functions, but there are limitations; the rules change depending on the platform.

For example, PlayStation, Xbox and Google Stadia can play PUBG with each other; PC players are only limited to other PC players; and PUBG Mobile offers cross-game between Android and iOS.

Yes, PUB has cross-saved functions, but again, it is limited to the family of a platform itself.

For example, cross progression is admitted if you go from PS4 to PS5, from Xbox One to Series X or S series, or from Android to iOS and vice versa. Unfortunately, progression cannot be transferred if, for example, you move from PS4 to PC.
